Who does not love the idea of a glass filled with colourful fruit for breakfast? I for one absolutely adore this breakfast berry smoothie recipe. It is super easy to make and gives you nearly four of your five a day.If you would like to experiment with taste and texture, try swapping the fruits for some spinach, kale and carrots for a very green super smoothie with plenty of vitamins. Another great superfood to add to this smoothie is ginger to give it an immune system kick.

Ingredients

For the smoothie:

  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 100 g blackberries
  • 300 g whole milk or milk of your choice (almond, coconut, soya, etc.)
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and blend 10 Sec. / Speed 10.

  2. Pour into glasses and add a straw. Enjoy!
