Make these irresistible Thermomix double choc chip cookies at home. They are so simple and contain dark chocolate and white chocolate. Warning though, these are seriously addictive. Thermomix double choc chip cookies are seriously addictive. They unleash my inner cookie monster and I catch myself stuffing my face until they are all gone. But Jesse takes it up a notch, he just simply cannot stop eating them and stuffs himself as if he was a squirrel going into hibernation soon. These chunky, gooey chocolate chip cookies are worth it. The taste is beautifully round and they are the perfect lunchbox treat or snack with a nice cup of freshly brewed coffee. After a hard day of work, you deserve a treat and these ones are a good size and do not contain too much sugar or butter. The trick to making chocolate chip cookies is not to worry about the softness when they are in the oven. After the suggested baking time they will be very soft and look as if they are not done yet.  Do not worry, that is completely normal for these cookies. Once they come out of the oven, they are left to cool and harden. If you prefer to have yours a bit more gooey rather than crisp, simply leave them in the oven for a shorter period of time to really get some oozy chocolate. Make these Thermomix double choc chip cookies for your kids as a little treat in their lunchbox or even when they come home and want to snack something sweet. One cookie can be quite filling.


  • 80 g white chocolate
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 20 g marshmallows
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 60 g light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g milk chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.
  2. Place the white chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop 5 Sec. / Speed 9. Pour into a bowl and keep aside until later.
  3. If you don't have a Thermomix, put the white chocolate in a food processor and blend until crumby. Or chop by hand until you have very small chunks.
  4. Add the the dark chocolate and marshmallows to the bowl. Blitz 7 Sec. / Speed 9. Scrape down.
  5. Chop in the butter in small chunks and melt 5 Mins. / 40°C / Speed 1.
  6. If you don't have a Thermomix, place the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan and dissolve on lowest heat until melted completely. Tip into a mixing bowl.
  7. Crack in the egg and yolk and add the light brown sugar, vanilla extract, plain flour, baking powder and the chopped white chocolate to the mixing bowl. Mix 30 Sec. / Speed 5.
  8. Then add the chocolate chips and mix again 10 Sec. / Reverse Speed 3.
  9. If you don't have a Thermomix, add the above ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix until you have a smooth batter. Then add the chocolate chips and mix again until they are incorporated.
  10. Take a heaped tablespoon of the mixture and drop on the prepared baking tray. Repeat until all the mixture is used up. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes. If you want them chewy, bake them a minute less. They will be very soft when they come out of the oven, do not worry, when cooling they will harden. Enjoy!
