I love ice cream. There is nothing better than having a nice popsicle after dinner in front of the telly. This is a super tasty version of the naughty chocolate ice cream we'd all normally devour; it's vegan, it's dairy-free and it's really tasty. Perfect also for toddlers. This is a super quick and easy Thermomix recipe and won't take you longer than a few minutes, a 7-hole silicone muffin mould and a few Popsicle sticks. Give it a few hours and you are good to go. 

My expert chocoholic tip is to not clean the mixing bowl straight after you've made the ice cream. Fill it up with some milk and make yourself a chocolate shake. Yummy. 

Ingredients

  • 300 g ripe banana in small pieces
  • 1 ripe avocado destoned
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 40 g agave nectar (or any other sweetener)

Instructions

  1. Place the banana, avocado, cocoa powder and agave nectar in the mixing bowl. Blitz 20 Sec. / Speed 10

  2. Pour the mixture into a 7-hole muffin mould or an ice cream mould and insert the ice cream sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
