This vegan chocolate chia seed pudding is an ideal start to the day and it is packed with nutritious ingredients. You can easily prepare it the night before and simply take it out of the fridge and to work with you. I add some shavings of chocolate and a few raspberries the next day.

  • 250 g almond milk (or any milk of your choice, e.g. coconut, soya, etc.)
  • 5 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Raspberries to serve
  • Shavings of dark chocolate to serve

  1. Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl then combine 10 Sec. / Speed 4.

  2. Transfer to an airtight container, preferably one you can take with you to work, and leave in the fridge overnight.

  3. Take out the next day, sprinkle with raspberries and dark chocolate and enjoy your healthy energy boost.
