Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it is my favourite one because it can be so versatile, and provides me with an energy boost for the day.
Place the milk, apricots and bananas in the mixing bowl then 20 Sec. / Speed 5.
Add the oats and combine 10 Sec. / Reverse / Speed 2.
Store in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight until you are ready to use. In the morning, simply add any toppings you like to a small portion of the oats and enjoy your healthy protein kick for the day! You can add any toppings you wish, this list is just a suggestion based on what I really like.
