I love millionaire's shortbread but sometimes find it very filling and it takes ages to prepare when made from scratch. This one is so easy and so fast, it was a welcome change from the original. If you like, you can use homemade almond or peanut butter to prepare the recipe or just use a high quality store bought version (but what am I saying you've got a Thermomix, it will be so much faster to whip it up than going to the shops).

Line a small loaf tin with cling film.
Remove the millionaire's shortbread from the tin and cut into bite sized pieces. You can store them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
